Description :
This role serves as the technology business partner for Medical Affairs and Commercial to support, solution and implement innovative processes, systems, and systems improvements to promote overall organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
The role will be responsible for business relationships, business requirements, requirements roadmap, business process definition / documentation, and system support management.
The position will work with all levels of the business including business partners, technology teams, and external vendors.
The resource will focus on understanding business needs, system solutions, business process documentation, and business requirements, implementing and supporting solutions.
Qualifications :
- Excellent communication skills are required.
- Implemented Speaker Bureau solution.
- Experience working with Low Code-No Code solutions like Mendix and integrating it with channels like Twilio, WhatsApp, and Vonage.
- Experience leading discussions and contributing to matters involving future strategy.
- Previous experience working with IT solving technical solutions.
- Experience involving Medical Affairs and Commercial
- Experience with business process development and gap analysis, and business process mapping efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, technology, or related disciplines required.
- Strong Medical Affairs and Commercial business acumen
