Experienced in dental operations or office management, ideally in a high-volume GP or emergency practice.

Strong in financial acumen — you understand production, collections, overhead, EBITDA, and can track KPIs effectively.

Skilled at scheduling optimization, case acceptance systems, and team performance management.

What You’ll Do :

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, patient flow, and financial performance.

Lead and manage front office, hygiene, and clinical teams to hit production and collection targets consistently.

Monitor and optimize key metrics such as case acceptance, scheduling efficiency, staffing costs, and profitability.

Partner with ownership to implement growth strategies, refine systems, and scale operational excellence.
