A law firm in Atlanta is seeking a Senior Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney with 4-6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial real estate leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and development.
Additionally, the candidate must possess prior experience in title and survey review, environmental matters, title insurance, permitting and entitlements, zoning, and equity / debt investment structures.
Strong drafting skills are required, and the candidate must be admitted to the State Bar of Georgia.
Duties :
- Handle all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and development.
- Review and analyze title reports, surveys, and other due diligence materials.
- Advise clients on environmental issues and assist in environmental due diligence.
- Negotiate and draft various real estate-related documents, including contracts, leases, and agreements.
- Manage permitting and entitlement processes for development projects.
- Provide legal advice on zoning regulations and land use issues.
- Structure and negotiate equity and debt investment arrangements.
Requirements :
- 4-6 years of experience in commercial real estate law.
- Admission to the State Bar of Georgia.
- Extensive experience in commercial real estate leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and development.
- Prior experience in title and survey review, environmental matters, title insurance, permitting and entitlements, zoning, and equity / debt investment structures.
- Strong drafting skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Team player with a collaborative approach to work.
Education :
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications :
Admission to the State Bar of Georgia.
