Key Responsibilities :
Sales Leadership :
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets in the caregiving support industry.
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Drive the recruitment, training, and development of sales professionals with a focus on promoting our caregiving support services.
Market Analysis :
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscapes in the caregiving support sector.
- Provide valuable insights to the executive team to enhance overall business strategy in the context of caregiving and elderly support.
Relationship Management :
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders within the caregiving and healthcare community.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and product strategies, emphasizing the unique needs of caregiving support.
Performance Metrics :
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to the caregiving support industry to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies.
- Implement data-driven decision-making processes to optimize sales performance in the context of caregiving and eldercare.
Revenue Growth :
- Drive initiatives to maximize revenue and market share within the West Coast region, specifically focusing on expanding caregiving support services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships in the caregiving and eldercare space.
Sales Forecasting :
- Develop accurate and timely sales forecasts to support operational planning and financial goals, taking into account the unique aspects of the caregiving support market.
- Regularly report on sales performance to the executive leadership team, emphasizing the impact on caregiving services.
Requirements : Qualifications :
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred).
Experience :
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with at least 4-8 years of experience.
- Demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding revenue targets in the caregiving support or related industry.
Industry Knowledge :
Strong understanding of the caregiving support and eldercare sector with the ability to stay informed about market trends and emerging technologies.
Leadership Skills :
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team in the context of caregiving services.
Communication :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex information to both internal and external stakeholders, emphasizing the importance of caregiving support.
Strategic Thinking :
Proven ability to think strategically and develop effective sales strategies aligned with overall business goals, considering the specific challenges and opportunities within caregiving.
Adaptability :
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities, particularly within the caregiving and eldercare industry.
