Position Summary : ForeverLawn Inc. is seeking a talented and highly organized Social Media Manager to lead the social media strategy and content management for our corporate and specialty brands. This is a full-time, in-house role requiring collaboration across multiple departments and brand teams. The ideal candidate is both strategic and creative, with a deep understanding of social media platforms, strong written skills, and the ability to translate brand goals into compelling content that drives engagement and results.

As a member of the Marketing team, this individual will report to the Director of Marketing for guidance and direction while still making autonomous decisions. They will play a critical role in helping align marketing direction with the company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies for ForeverLawn and each of its specialty brands : K9Grass, Playground Grass, GolfGreens, Landscapes, and SportsGrass
• Manage and maintain daily activity across each brand’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others).
• Meet regularly with each brand leader to understand their goals, campaign ideas, and target audiences to help define social strategies.
• Create and schedule engaging, on-brand content including graphics, captions, hashtags, and video / photo assets.
• Write compelling copy and strong calls to action that align with brand messaging and encourage engagement, leads, and conversions.
• Monitor performance and utilize analytics to inform and adjust strategies.
• Manage and optimize paid social advertising campaigns across platforms.
• Respond to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and designers to maintain visual and brand consistency.
• Maintain a content calendar and ensure deadlines are met across all initiatives.
• Capture photo and video content when needed, particularly for real-time or on-site opportunities.
• Represent the ForeverLawn culture and core values across all communication.
