Staff Product Designer

A company is looking for a Staff Product Designer, AI / ML Platform (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Lead multiple strategic design projects from discovery to delivery, maximizing user and business impact

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the end-to-end design lifecycle, balancing business and user needs

Design user experiences that are intuitive and user-centric, influencing product decisions through research and experimentation

Required Qualifications

BA / BS degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

8+ years of experience designing web applications or similar products

Experience leading and mentoring product design teams

Demonstrable product design skills with a portfolio showcasing a breadth of styles

Proficiency in Figma and knowledge of other design tools is a plus
