Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning is in need of Full Time Customer Service Representatives REMOTE AFTER HOURS 2 ND SHIFT POSITION This position is for nights and weekend coverage for our 24 / 7 call center.
Training for this position is in house at our New Port Richey Call Center. Candidate must be available to train in house for the full duration of training.
Training duration is 4 weeks (or longer depending on the individual) before transitioning to full time remote working nights and weekends.
Responsibilities Interact with customers via telephone to provide information Use computer system to track, gather information, and / or troubleshoot customer issues Process transactions and reply to inquiries about services Record customer interactions, details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken Schedule appointments and field customer questions Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers problems and concerns Enter data in computer system and maintain logs / records of calls, activities and other information Record customer interactions, details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken Show care and compassion for customers Maintain the highest level of customer service Effective communication with all other dispatchers and persons in the office Ability to work as a team Ability to work in a very fast paced, high pressure environment Required Skills Call Center Experience 1-2 years minimum Excellent communication skills, including active listening Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances Proficient computer skills Proficient phone / communication skills Great attention to detail Ability to multitask Must be willing to work on varied evenings and weekends.
HVAC or Plumbing office experience a plus Candidate must have their own equipment. System requirements listed below.
