Requirements :
- KY or compact license
- 2 Years’ Experience
- MS / TELE / PCU experience required
- Must have strong IV skills
- ACLS
- NIHSS required
- 1 year of experience at a level one trauma facility preferred
- Trauma Level I Experience preferred
