Lennar Technology Group is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have at least 9+ years of experience in IT project management, with a strong background in Agile methodologies, particularly SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework). A PMP certification is preferred, along with extensive experience in as Scrum Master. Proven experience working within Kanban and Waterfall methodologies is required, and experience in Agile Transformation initiatives is highly desirable.

Your Responsibilities on the Team

• Develop comprehensive project plans, sprint plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Facilitate core Agile ceremonies : Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Reviews and Retrospectives
• Identify and mitigate project or sprint plan risks, escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
• Support PI Planning and cross-team coordination to align dependencies and milestones.
