A team player who wants to not only see themselves succeed but also the team and company as well. Previous sales experience in the stone, countertop, or construction industry.

Are you a design-driven, relationship-building Rockstar Salesperson ? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your passion for beautiful spaces and your drive to close deals go hand-in-hand?
We're looking for a Rockstar Sales & Design Consultant who can take clients from concept to completion—guiding homeowners, builders, designers, and contractors through the journey of transforming spaces with premium stone surfaces.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from initial consultation through final installation.
- Guide clients through the stone selection process, offering expert design advice and product education.
- Prepare and present project estimates.
- Communicate project timelines, expectations, and updates clearly and regularly.
- Collaborate with internal fabrication and installation teams to ensure project accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Build and maintain relationships with builders, designers, contractors, and other industry professionals.
- Proactively follow up on leads, referrals, and past clients to drive new sales.
- Go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, including occasional extended hours when projects demand it.
