Immediately hiring a Dispatcher for a large company in San Antonio. Pay is $16 / hr. Shift is Mon-Fri 8am to 5 pm. Located in the Castle Hills area.
Duties :
- Quoting several modes of transportation based on the customers’ needs
- Coordinating shipments with customers and booking with carriers
- Reviewing rates with carriers
- Tracking shipments and updating customers
- Learning and understanding trucking markets
- Maintain strong communication with customers and building customer relationships
- Inbound scheduling
- Enter data into the dispatch system
- Must have Microsoft Office
- Must have Previous Dispatching experience
