What youll do :
As Shift Supervisor, you will be primarily responsible for the daily management and supervisory control of Group Living operations under the supervision of the Director of Group Living.
Shift Supervisors ensure ROP programs are being implemented in accordance with ROP policies and procedures and Federal, State and Local licensing requirements and supervise Unit Managers and other staff as appropriate.
To be considered, you should :
- Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect.
- Have three to five years of experience in a residential treatment facility setting. Related and / or equivalent experience may be substituted with approval.
- Possess a working knowledge of the Positive Operational Culture behavior modification program.
- Have a demonstrated ability to manage multiple people and projects.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
