Weekly Pay Range - $1447 To $1608 Job Title : Rehabilitation Therapist Job Specialty : Speech Therapist Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Monday-Friday, Days Guaranteed Hours : 32 hours per week Experience : Preferred experience with Rehab Optima License : State License Verification required Certifications : - CPR (Fundamental Facilities) - 2 Step PPD or Quantiferon or Proof of Positive PPD and Chest X-Ray - Hep B or Declination - Tdap or Declination - Flu shot or Declination Must-Have : - Resume - Three References - County Criminal (7 years for all counties lived and worked) - Federal Criminal (7 years or more) - Multi-State Criminal Search (7 years or more) - Nationwide Sex Offender Search (7 years or more) - HHS / OIG Search - GSA Search - Social Security Number Trace - SAM Search - Maryland State Background Job Description : - Full-time positions with 40 hours per week expected - Responsible for providing comprehensive speech therapy services - Must adhere to all credentialing checklists and maintain up-to-date documentation - Engage with team members to ensure a collaborative rehabilitation environment - Evaluate, plan, and implement patient-specific therapy strategies - Provide ongoing assessments and adjustments to patient care plans - Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress and therapy sessions
