Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Customer Service : Use your communication skills to provide top-notch service via phone, video calls, and live chat.
• Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues : Help customers with a wide range of inquiries, from navigating websites to arranging travel or emergency services.
• Participate in Training : Engage in comprehensive online training and certification courses to continuously improve your skills and service delivery.

Minimum Requirements

• Age : Must be 18 years or older.
• Education : High school diploma or equivalent.
• Residency : Must reside in the U.S. (Please note : this position is not available to residents of Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, Washington, DC, and Wisconsin).
• Background Check : Willingness to undergo a standard background check, drug test, and technology assessment.
• Equipment : Must have a dedicated workspace with the following tech requirements :
• Computer : Desktop or laptop with a dual-core 2.8 GHz or better (Intel i5 / i7 or AMD equivalent).
• Internet : Reliable high-speed wired connection (minimum 10 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload).
• Operating System : Windows 10 (64-bit).
• Accessories : Wired headset and Ethernet cable.

Technical Requirements

• Processor : Intel i5 / i7 or AMD Ryzen equivalent.
• Storage : 60 GB total space with 20 GB available.
• Internet : Wired connection with 10 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload speed.
• Operating System : Windows 10 (64-bit) required.
