Summary
We seek a highly experienced Commercial HVAC Foreman to join our team in Riverside, CA. The ideal candidate will be a resident with a stable work history and extensive experience in HVAC and sheet metal work.
This role requires a strong leader who can effectively manage a team and oversee complex commercial HVAC projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage commercial HVAC systems' on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing tasks.
- Supervise and direct a crew of four or more installers / technicians on various projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Coordinate with project managers to meet project timelines and deliverables.
- Verify orders, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the quality of installations.
Qualifications
- Local candidate with a stable work history in Riverside, CA.
- Minimum of seven years of hands-on experience in sheet metal and HVAC work.
- At least two years of experience as a foreman managing a crew on commercial HVAC projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

- Familiarity with HVAC systems used in commercial settings.
