A clinic in Crestview, FL is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist to join their team for a 13-week assignment with the potential for more hours.
The ideal candidate should have at least one recent outpatient travel assignment or one year of recent outpatient orthopedic experience.
The therapist will be responsible for conducting 1-hour evaluations and 30-45 minute visits, with a daily volume of 10-13 patients.
A Florida license is required for this position.
- Guaranteed 37 hours with the potential for 40 hours per week
- TherapEBridge / NetHealth experience preferred
- Start Date : ASAP
- Flexible schedule, including evening hours until 7-8pm
The provider should have the ability to treat up to 12-13 patients per day, and any overtime must be approved in advance.
Documentation is expected to be completed at the point of service, and the provider should be clocking in / out based on scheduled hours.
In case of low patient volume, the provider may be asked to assist with administrative tasks to ensure fulfillment of guaranteed hours.
