Agility Orthopedics is growing! We have a full-time opportunity for an experienced Medical Receptionist at Agility Orthopedics.
The right candidate will have strong customer service and communicational skills with knowledge of patient registration, understanding of the referral & authorization process.
Responsibilities
- Greets patients and visitors with a prompt, courteous and helpful manner
- Collects copayments and past due balances for accounts
- Checks in patients, verifies and updates demographic, insurance, and other necessary information
- Schedules and maintains appointments through computerized scheduling program.
- Be able to work flexible hours and cover other offices when necessary (Malden location)

- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Positive and Productive Attitude
- Team Player
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of insurance verification, referral management
- Knowledge of Centricity (preferred)
- Knowledge of Epic (preferred)
