Summit Design + Build is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to take the helm of a significant construction project in Austin, Texas.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the project from inception through to completion, ensuring it meets all financial, timing, and quality targets.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring completion within time and budget constraints.
- Lead a diverse team, including Project Managers and Project Engineers, ensuring high standards of work and team cohesion.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Manage all aspects of project planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Maintain rigorous quality control, safety protocols, and site cleanliness standards.
- Actively participate in and lead operations meetings, contributing to the senior management team's strategies.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with extensive experience managing large-scale multi-family projects.
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high quality.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software such as Procore and Bluebeam.
- Experience in the Austin, TX construction market is highly desirable.
