A mid-size law firm in Seattle is looking to add a Real Estate Litigation Attorney to their growing Commercial / Business department.
Matters will include landlord tenant disputes, commercial litigation, and business & commercial law.
Responsibilities :
- Handle Real Estate or Business Litigation matters effectively and efficiently
- Provide legal advice on a broad range of real estate matters
- Represent clients in landlord tenant disputes and resolve issues
- Conduct research to support legal proceedings and to formulate a legal strategy
- Draft and solidify agreements, contracts, and other legal documents
- Engage in commercial litigation and manage business & commercial law matters
- Serve as a licensed attorney, ensuring compliance with all legal standards and regulations
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective strategies and build relationships with clients
- Manage all phases of the litigation process to achieve the best results for our clients
