Job Summary :

The Bridal and Evening Wear Sales Associate will provide a high level of customer service to ensure a positive and personalized shopping experience for clients looking for bridal gowns, evening wear, and special occasion attire.

The associate will offer expert advice on the latest fashion trends, gown fittings, alterations, and styling while building lasting relationships with clients.

The role requires someone with strong sales abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep passion for fashion.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Consultation :

• Welcome clients to the store / salon and conduct personalized consultations to understand their preferences, style, and event needs.
• Guide clients in selecting bridal gowns, evening wear, and accessories that match their vision and budget.
• Offer expert advice on current trends, fabric choices, and suitable styles for different body types.

Sales and Service :

• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals by providing exceptional customer service and developing strong relationships with clients.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the store’s bridal and evening wear collections, designers, and custom offerings.
• Assist clients during gown fittings and collaborate with the alterations team to ensure a perfect fit.

Inventory and Merchandising :

• Ensure the bridal and evening wear collections are attractively displayed and organized, ensuring the presentation aligns with brand standards.
• Keep the sales floor stocked and neat, and assist in organizing seasonal sample sales and special promotions.

Client Relationship Management :

• Build long-lasting relationships with brides and clients through follow-up communications, ensuring exceptional post-purchase service.
• Handle special requests, including custom orders, fabric swatches, and appointment scheduling.

Team Collaboration :

• Work closely with the sales team, stylists, and management to ensure a smooth sales process from consultation to gown delivery.
• Assist with special events such as trunk shows, bridal expos, and runway presentations.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• Proven experience in luxury sales, bridal wear, or high-end fashion.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients.
• In-depth knowledge of fashion trends, bridal styles, fabrics, and fit.
• High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients at once.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Passion for fashion, especially in bridal and evening wear.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Previous experience in bridal or evening wear sales.
• Knowledge of alterations and garment construction.
• Background in fashion merchandising or styling is a plus.
