The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating and executing sales and marketing strategies in alignment with the company's objectives.
This role involves close collaboration with PR, corporate marketing, and various internal teams. The VP will also be tasked with recruiting, training, and developing a productive sales team, as well as overseeing the development of sales meetings and training to ensure sales goals are met.
Regular review of sales metrics, providing updates to senior management, and maintaining the accuracy of sales data are key responsibilities.
Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in new home sales, with at least 3-5 years in a sales leadership role within the industry.
A complete understanding of the new home sales process, effective communication skills, and a strategic mindset are essential.
The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong supervisory skills, and the ability to manage and motivate sales, marketing, and escrow teams.
The VP will also be expected to stay updated on market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor strategies, and to collaborate with various teams to streamline the sales and closing process.
