As they continue to grow, they are looking for a skilled Project Manager to contribute to their success and be an integral part of the team.
Description
The Project Manager will be responsible for the following :
- Manage and coordinate all phases of commercial construction projects.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
- Oversee the selection and management of subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
- Conduct regular project meetings to review progress and address any issues.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards throughout the project life cycle.
- Monitor and control project costs to meet budgetary constraints.
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status.
- Foster positive relationships with clients and key project stakeholders.
Profile
The successful Project Manager will have the following qualifications :
- 4-6+ years of Project Management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
