Job Duties :

• Technical Leadership : Take ownership of projects, features, and critical decisions. Mentor junior team
• members through pair programming, code reviews, and technical training sessions.
• Solution Design : Investigate, prototype and develop solutions for intricate customer challenges.
• Influence the adoption of new technologies.
• Collaboration : Work closely with Architects, Project Managers, and QA professionals to deliver
• enterprise-class software solutions.
• Documentation : Clearly document your technical solutions, ensuring concise and effective
• communication.
• Continuous Learning : Stay up-to-date with current technologies and tools relevant to your field.

Required Qualifications :

• Education : Bachelor"s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering (preferred).
• Experience : 7-10+ years in software engineering.
• Technical Proficiency : Strong skills in a variety of languages and development frameworks.
• Deep Knowledge : Proficiency in Java, C, or C++ and object-oriented design principles.
• Agile Mindset : Ability to thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment with frequent change and ambiguity.
• Technology Stack : Familiarity with web services, JSON, REST architectures, and client-side technologies (AJAX,
• JavaScript).
• Cloud Experience : Exposure to cloud solutions (e.g., AWS) is a plus.
• Communication : Precise, efficient, and effective communication skills.
• Autonomy : Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Problem-Solving : Efficiently resolve complex issues and manage multiple tasks.
• Collaboration : Strong team player who contributes to technology development.
• US Citizenship is required.

Previous consulting experience preferred

We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary range of $150,000 to $170,000. Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline.
