Job Title : Cleanroom Production Operator
Job Description
Perform daily production and packaging activities in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all related standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Work to achieve assigned production goals and meet unscheduled peaks in workload to ensure timely release of products and avoid back orders.
Collaborate with the Team Leader to detail critical raw materials, in-process procedures, and specifications. Address corrective actions for technical problems related to raw materials and finished products.
Conduct in-process quality checks on sub-assemblies and finished products. Resolve line issues and other production problems promptly, notifying the Team Leader of required corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and all related SOPs. Use a computerized Materials Resource Planning (MRP) inventory system to report lot-controlled ingredients on batch records.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 3 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in San Diego, California.
Work Environment
2 openings for Technical Operator 1 on 1st shift (6am to 2 : 30pm) with a pay rate of $18.75 / hr., increasing to $19.23 / hr.
upon conversion. 2 openings for Technical Operator 2 on 2nd shift with a base pay of $21 / hr. plus a 10% shift differential, totaling $23.
10 / hr., increasing to $21.63 / hr. upon conversion. Dress code requires pants (no leggings), no makeup or lipstick, necklaces must be tucked in, and side shields on glasses.
Ear protection provided due to loud environment. No headphones or cell phone use on the manufacturing floor. Overtime may be required after training, with some mandatory and some voluntary.
Flexibility for Saturday work is preferred. Reliability is crucial as absence can create bottlenecks in manufacturing.
