Salary from $36.00 - $41.00 per hour + overtime
Shift differential : days $.25, evening, $.50, nights $.75 and weekends $2.00
$2 / hour attendance bonus during pay period
Shift pick-up bonus that Northcrest pays the taxes on

Registered Nurse - RN Requirements : *
Graduate of accredited nursing program and active Registered Nurse License
Compact State Nurse License
Ability to pass a background check
Long term care experience preferred but not required
CPR certification
Positive bedside manner
Ability to work weekends and some holidays
Registered Nurse - RN Duties & Responsibilities : *
Provide quality nursing care to residents
Coordinate total nursing care for residents
Implement specific procedures and programs
Work with Director of Nursing + Assistant Director of Nursing in establishing specific goals
Ensure compliance with all operating policies and procedures
Provide daily reports
Management involvement* : We help with meal passing. We help with call lights. We help assist on the floor. We have an open-door policy and will be there even when you just need someone to talk to.
Nurse Managers help with all new admissions. We are always a phone call away to help with any concerns that may arise!
About us : * Northcrest Living Center is a locally-owned and operated skilled nursing facility with 62-beds. We service long-term care residents, post-acute care residents, VA contracted, and work with multiple hospice agencies
