A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A FRONT OF HOUSE RESTAURANT MANAGER
Picture yourself in the heart of the action, orchestrating the perfect dining experience for our guests. As a Front of House Restaurant Manager, you'll ensure that every customer is welcomed with warmth and hospitality, making them feel right at home from the moment they step in.
Collaborating closely with our hosts, you'll ensure that each guest is promptly seated and attended to throughout their visit.
From supervising the waitstaff and ensuring timely order deliveries to addressing guest concerns, you'll be the driving force behind our impeccable service and attention to detail.

WHAT IT TAKES TO BE SUCCESSFUL AS A FRONT OF HOUSE RESTAURANT MANAGER
5+ years of restaurant experience, showcasing your deep understanding of the industry
2+ years of leadership experience, proving your ability to inspire and guide a team
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at multitasking and prioritization
Natural team player with exceptional leadership skills
A passion for providing outstanding customer service and maintaining a stellar reputation
The minimum requirements to be considered :
- 5+ years of restaurant experience
- 2+ years of leadership experience
WORK SCHEDULE, PAY RATE & LOCATION
As a full-time Front of House Restaurant Manager at Quotes, you'll work shifts during our open hours of 11 AM - 12 AM, Sunday through Wednesday, and 11 AM - 2 AM, Thursday through Saturday.
We value your hard work and dedication, offering a competitive pay range of $17 - $21 per hour, based on your experience.
You also enjoy an array of exceptional benefits and perks including :
- Medical, dental, vision, life, and supplemental insurance for employees working 30+ hours per week
- Full medical coverage for $15 a month if you earn under $60,000 annually and work over 30 hours per week
- Our company covers 50% of the premium for all benefits

- 15% off meals on days off
- Holidays off including Thanksgiving, shortened hours on Christmas and New Year's
