Team Collaboration & Communication - Coordinate with staff, support personnel, and administrators to ensure continuity of care and instruction. Behavior Management & Student Engagement - Maintain a structured and supportive classroom environment by using established behavior management techniques and fostering student engagement. Assessment & Progress Monitoring - Track student progress through evaluations, assessments, and behavioral data collection. Student Safety & Compliance - Adhere to school policies, IEP requirements, and confidentiality standards while ensuring student safety and supporting daily routines. Active PA Teaching Certification is required, such as a Private Academic Certificate or Level I / II PA Instructional Special Education Certification (K-12). Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
