Golden Touch ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As a Registered Behavior Technician, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), a Registered Behavior Technician uses prompting and positive reinforcement to help individuals with autism develop and build upon skills that will help them be as independent as possible throughout their lives.
Responsibilities :
- Provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
- Data collection, analysis and preparation for presentation
- Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
- Provide feedback to parents and guardians regarding daily activities of client.

Requirements :
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field a plus
- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral disorders is a plus
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must have reliable transportation to travel to clients homes or other clinic locations, based on client caseload
