Our Brea, CA is looking for a Quality Control Inspector to join their team! As our QC Inspector, you will perform a variety of dimensional and visual inspections checks and tests for machine parts.
Location : Brea, CA
Salary Range : $ 20.00 - $30.00

Your Challenge :
Inspect, audit, measure, and functionally test products or materials, parts, subassemblies, and packaging for damage, defects, or shortages, using specification sheets, gauges, and standards
Perform Inspection of incoming products to ensure proper paperwork is received and parts conform to specifications, engineering and purchase order requirements
Perform in-process inspection of parts being manufactured
Perform pre-shipment inspections
Able to interpret and read engineering drawings, company and customer specifications to ensure accurate part manufacturing
Perform product and process audits for in process conformance to drawings / specification on large and small machined products, weldments, assemblies, and individual manufactured components
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned
What You Bring :
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
3+ years of hands-on machine shop inspection experience required.
Knowledge and experience within the field of Quality (ISO, Gage Calibration, Metrology, GD&T).
Ability to use inspection equipment; such as : Surface Plate, Height Gage, Comparator, Hand tools, Attribute gages, etc.
Ability to perform detailed review of documentation / certification to requirements.
Ability to read and interpret blue prints.
