Office Manager/Legal Administrative Assistant

Our client is mid sized regional law firm. They seek an experienced office manager to oversee facilities, equipment, supplies, HR coordination, and support 2 partners for a small satellite office in the North Bay.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee daily office operations, including staff supervision and morale.
  • Manage HR tasks, including hiring, performance evaluations, and payroll.
  • Handle confidential communications and office financial matters.
  • Coordinate marketing activities, seminars, and event preparations.
  • Ensure compliance with filing and records management standards.
  • Liaise with IT for technology support and provide on-site assistance.
  • Support attorneys with legal document preparation, e-filings, and proofreading.
  • Manage administrative tasks, office maintenance, and supply orders.

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of legal secretary and office management experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of document management systems (iManage).
  • Ability to type 70 wpm.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Salary : Up to 112K, depending on experience.
