D Aceto Services LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Executive Assistant to join our remote team. In this role, you will provide essential support to executive team members, helping to streamline operations and enhance productivity. This position is ideal for individuals looking to grow their careers in a fast-paced environment while gaining valuable experience in executive-level support.
Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for executive meetings.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism and discretion.
- Assist with travel arrangements and itineraries as needed.
- Maintain organized files and records, ensuring easy access to information.
- Support various projects and initiatives by conducting research and gathering information.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance workflows and improve processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- 1+ year of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
