Position Overview
The Engineering Product Documentation Specialist provides administrative support to Engineering's Certification Testing Team. The position is responsible for following set procedures and a timeline of administrative tasks to maintain the testing database, ensure drawings and all test reports are received and review the accuracy of the reports. The Engineering Product Documentation Specialist schedules in-house & off-site testing. The position will also ensure all test report drawings are certified, labels are ordered, and invoices are sent for payment.
Duties and Responsibilities
Supervisory Responsibility
No direct management or supervisory responsibilities.
Safety
Observe safety and security policies and procedures, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment; report potentially unsafe conditions; and use equipment and materials properly. Follow job-specific safety requirements such as Ladder Safety, Power and Manual Tool Safety, Safe Lift and Scaffold Safety.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
