Real Estate Administrative Assistant in Albuquerque, NM, US
Are you a reliable and motivated individual? We are looking for a part-time Real Estate Administrative Assistant to join our team in Albuquerque, NM.
Your main role will involve reaching out to potential leads who have shown interest in properties, interacting with them in a professional manner, and collecting essential information about their real estate requirements.
Compensation : $31,200

Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to leads who have expressed interest in properties.
- Engage with potential clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Gather and record accurate information about clients' property preferences and requirements.
- Provide basic information about available properties and schedule appointments for property viewings.
- Follow up with leads to maintain ongoing communication and build rapport.
Qualifications :
- Must be local to Albuquerque, New Mexico.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and CRM software usage.
