Certification Details
- Certification Requirements : ACLS, BLS, RRT, NRP (req for those placed in L&D, determined by the client, traveler can obtain once offered)
- Indiana State License

- First Time Travelers Accepted
- Shift Requirements : 3x12 Nights Every other Weekend
- Holiday Requirement : 2 / 3 holidays that fall within the contract
Job Requirements
- IN LICENSE AND CERTS MUST BE IN HAND TO SUBMIT
- Skillset Requirements : NICU, PICU, Vents 18 months minimum experience required, Servo I, Servo U, Hamilton G5
- Floating Requirements : May be assigned to PICU, NICU, and Peds, and floating to any of the 3 specialties can occur. May also float to IU Health North Hospital
- Minimum Experience Required : 18 months of recent NICU or PICU experience required
- EXPERIENCE REQUIRED; TRAUMA 1 EXPERIENCE IN CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL IN LAST YEAR REQUIRED
Schedule Information
- WILL BE REQUIRED TO WORK EVERY WEEKEND
- Shift Requirements : 3x12 Nights Every other Weekend
- Holiday Requirement : 2 / 3 holidays that fall within the contract
Unit Specific Information
Unit Information : NICU or PICU experience required. Home unit of NICU, PICU, or Peds will be assigned once at the facility but can be changed based on the facility's needs.
Additional Details
- Effective 11 / 30 / 24, IU Health will not allow IN RNs to work at their facilities (exceptions apply)
- Periop / OR RNs, Allied and Ambulatory RN travelers are exempt from this rule
- These IN travelers are allowed to work past the 11 / 30 deadline.
