Qualified Candidates will need :
- A current Maryland Real Estate License
- A willingness to learn and passion for being the best you can be
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Flexibility to adapt to client needs
- A can-do attitude and positive go-getter mentality
- Ability to flourish in a commission-based career with unlimited potential
Your success is our success! We provide :
- A constant flow of quality leads
- Mentorship and guidance every step of the transaction including market analysis, contract writing, negotiations, and document compliance
- Broad and optimized marketing of you and your listings on various social media platforms to enhance your online visibility
- Accredited Staging Consultants to assist with enhancing your listings
- State of the art intuitive Client Relationship Management (CRM) system to keep track of current and future clients
- Regular training in all areas of real estate to ensure that you are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to work efficiently and be successful with every transaction
Compensation : $70,000 - $130,000+ (Yes, this is real!)
