Summary
A California healthcare organization is seeking their next Interim Director of Cardiovascular Services!
The Position
- The Interim Director of Cardiovascular Services will provide visible leadership throughout the department while overseeing day-to-day operations.
- The Interim Director will assist with both clinical and administrative departmental initiatives including financial planning, materials, human resource management, and the direction / coordination of future equipment replacement initiatives.
- This leader will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment while emphasizing communication, collaboration, and strong engagement throughout the department.
- Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required; master’s degree is strongly preferred.
- Must have Cath Lab leadership experience.
- Active California RN license is required.
- Healthcare experience is required.
Pay Details
- Pay Range : $170,000 - $180,000 annually.
- Final pay rate is dependent upon experience, education, training, and location.
