What you’ll do :
The Regional VP of Operations (RVP) is responsible for providing leadership, oversight, and direction on all operations for the Behavioral Health Units.
The RVP is responsible for driving strategic operational initiatives for multiple behavioral health units. Contributes to the evaluation and development of strategic goals and objectives in collaboration with divisional leadership and facility CEO(s).
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for ensuring that company approved programs are implemented and being provided consistently.
- Responsible for driving strategic operational and financial operations initiatives for behavioral health facilities.
- Establishes and monitors divisional performance goals, assigns accountabilities, establishes priorities, conducts annual performance assessments, and administers compensation adjustments.
- Ensures accurate financial reporting, including audit and financial compliance.
- Oversee reporting and monitoring of operational performance metrics and communicate key results.
- Supports succession planning by developing new and existing ADOs and PDs for their next leadership step.
- Creates an environment of accountability in achieving budgeted metrics and / or targets.
- Identifies opportunities for operations improvement and / or increased compliance.
- Assumes a lead role in analyzing and exploring means of reducing divisional operating costs and increasing revenues based on knowledge of market trends, financial reports and operating procedures.
- Actively supports in survey activities (TJC, Medicare, and licensing).
- Assures adequate staffing is in place to manage volume opportunities at all times.
- Assures that disciplinary actions are taken when indicated including boundary violations, violations of the code of conduct, attendance, and tardies.
- Actively participates in the patient complaint resolution process as needed.
- Assures analysis of Patient Satisfaction Surveys, identifying areas of opportunity and engaging in correction action to improve the patient’s experience.
- Holds weekly, monthly and quarterly divisional meetings fostering an environment of engagement and cascading information to the team in an appropriate and timely manner.
- Supports in building a collaborative environment, ensuring all team members are working together in a solution-focused manner.
- Develop and maintain positive relationship with client administration.
- Participates as member of Governing Boards as assigned.
- Negotiates business arrangements required to support or supplement the deliver of services.
- Other duties as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications
What you’ll need :
Education / Licensure :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Social Work or similar related field required.
- Master’s Degree in Business, Hospital Administration, or similar field preferred.
- Valid driver’s license.
- CPR certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days of employment and prior to any patient contact.
Experience :
- Minimum of 7 years related leadership experience required.
- Previous experience in multi-site management preferred.
