WHAT YOU'LL DO
This co-op position on the Travel and Vendor Team offers a unique opportunity to experience, learn and contribute to a regional operations team in a dynamic, demanding and fast-paced environment.
Our portfolio of vendor relationships continues to evolve, as we look to enhance our spend across disadvantaged business, including minority, woman, LGBTQ+, veteran, and disabled-owned businesses.
As a member of the Travel and Vendor team your primary responsibilities will include :
Maintain repository of diverse vendors, solicit and track feedback for vendors that have been utilized
Develop and refresh content for Supplier Diversity microsite
Research existing BCG vendors for diverse supplier classifications
Manage offline tracking of non-certified, self-identified vendors
Assist with Tier 2 Supplier Diversity campaign launch and development
Assist with data cleansing activity of diversity status in preparation for ERP system conversion
Enhance reporting / dashboard for Supplier Diversity updates to stakeholders

Resourceful and takes initiative to help wherever needed
Ability to drill into the detail, and make impactful recommendations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Collaborative with strong cross-functional teaming skills
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
Individual enrolled in a BS at Northeastern University
Preferably a sophomore or above with strong academic performance
Good Excel and Power Point experience
Strong organization, communication, and presentation skills with demonstrated ability to drive projects to conclusion
Prior work / co-op experience a plus
YOU'LL WORK WITH
The Travel and Vendor team works closely with the Regional Finance Team, as well as senior leadership across the NAMR offices and global counterparts.
As travel initiatives impact our business travelers daily, we work with our travelers, made up of mostly the consulting team, on a frequent basis.
