THE DUTIES OF THE POSITION INCLUDES BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING :

CONTRACT MANAGEMENT :

• ORDER ENTRY PROCESS
• ASSEMBLY OF SUBMITTAL INFORMATION
• TRACKING OF SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS (DOCUMENT STATUS REPORTS)
• MAINTENANCE OF JOB FILES (IN-PROCESS & CLOSE-OUT)
AFTER MARKET SALES :
• PARTS SALES
• PARTS SALES
• DUPLICATE BOWL ASSEMBLY SALES

TRAFFIC (IN BOUND AND OUT BOUND)

• BILLS OF LADING
• FREIGHT QUOTES
• EXPORT
• COURIER

OTHER DUTIES

• BACK UP ON ANSWERING PHONES
• MAINTENANCE OF INSTALLATION LIST.
• PREPARATION OF QUOTATIONS AND CORRESPONDENCE (AS NEEDED)
• QUOTATION STATUS FOLLOW-UP.
• MAINTENANCE OF SALES CONTACT INFORMATION.
• MAINTENANCE OF DISTRIBUTOR, CUSTOMER, GENERAL CORRESPONDENCE, VENDOR INFORMATION FILES.

SKILLS

• Basic math and algebra
• Effective oral and written communications
• Collaborative interpersonal skills
• Basic Word and Excel skills

A successful candidate will be a self-starter, able to work with little direct oversight. Pay is negotiable based on work experience and education.
