Job Description

Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop business opportunities
- Understanding of rail sector and key market segments.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field, MBA is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
- Willingness to travel as needed
