Job Description
You will be the Operations Engineer, Sr. for the MFC Dallas Production Operations portfolio. Our team interfaces with internal and external customers within the assigned program area and works with Dallas Operations center managers and functional leadership to ensure program Quality, Schedule, and cost objectives are met.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Operations Engineer, Sr., you will serve as the liaison between the shop floor and program team. Your responsibilities will include :
- Driving execution of Yield Improvement (YIT), Corrective Actions (CA), Cost Improvement, and other program benefitting initiatives
- Acting as the voice of the program within Dallas Operations and keeps site lead and staff apprised of pertaining programmatic details
- Developing recovery plans as required
This position typically requires 5 years of professional experience.
