Location : Waldorf MD Lanham MD Rockville MD (Hybrid Schedule Available)

Salary : $120-140K Targeted but flexible

Requirements : BSCE with PE License and 8+ years of professional experience with Land Development

Additional Ways In Which A Candidate May Stand Out Would Be :

• Prior experience in Maryland or DC
• PE License in MD and potentially DC

What You Will Be Doing

• Client management, project management
• Leadership and mentoring of staff
• Staff supervision, quality control, workload and staff planning
• Development of proposals
• Maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and invoicing
• Oversee employee performance, providing regular feedback and recognition
• Work together with senior leadership team to accomplish company goals
• Provide excellent and responsive client service
• Business development

What You Need For This Position

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Maryland required
• 8+ years progressive experience in civil engineering land development design
• 5+ years experience managing staff
• MicroStation or AutoCAD experience
• Excellent organizational and delegation skills
