Handprints Therapies provides interdisciplinary, collaborative center-based, early intervention ABA services to help children thrive in a way that honors who they are.
Immediate openings for dedicated individuals to work with neurodivergent children using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Earn a Registered Behavior Technician certification (RBT). All training and costs are provided!

Responsibilities
- Work 1 : 1 with children using applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques.
- Teach children how to play, communicate, and meet developmental milestones.
- Follow instructional plans developed by BCBAs and monitor outcomes and progress
- Complete daily summary notes related to your sessions
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (this is a requirement of this position to become RBT certified)
- Direct ABA experience or exposure is a plus but not necessary!
- CPR certification (we will schedule and pay for this if you need it)
- Highly motivated, positive and energetic

What is a Registered Behavior Technician?
The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is a paraprofessional who practices under the close, ongoing supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
The RBT is primarily responsible for the direct implementation of behavior-analytic services and provides 1 on 1 therapy with children.
Each individualized program is developed by a BCBA.
RBT will participate in initial and ongoing training instruction on ABA therapies including instructional control and rapport building, play skills, Discrete Trial Training (DTT), Natural Environment Teaching (NET), and data collection techniques.
