What Youll Do

Thrives in an environment that rewards fordelivering worldclass service and delighting our guests.

Provide outstanding service experience forevery customer and guest. Maintain a welcoming professional visiblepresence at the front desk;

engage with guests ensuring they arealways treated in a cordial respectful manner representing theCompanys brand image.

Accurately andefficiently process sales orders adhering to cash handlingprotocols. Aid customers with credit applications and financingmatters as required while maintaining thorough documentation ofsales transactions

Address customer concernsindependently whenever possible

Aid in storeopening and closing activities including cash reconciliation andcompletion of daily checklists

Supportinventory management and loss prevention procedures includingparticipation in biannual inventory checks

Meet and exceed sales goals align to KPIs and performance standards

Complete any additional tasks as assigned bymanagement

What You Bring

Legally authorized to work in the US.

At least 18 years old

Ability to lift tug and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

1 year customer service and / or salesexperience preferred

Gets charged up byinteracting with others by being outgoing friendly and easy to talkto

Conveys information in a way that inspiresaction

Gets excited by developing and sharingfresh ideas

Ability to work flexible hoursincluding weekends and holidays

Communicatesinformation in a motivating manner that prompts action
