Position Overview :
We are looking for a passionate and skilled LicensedClinical
Professional Counselor (LCPC) to joinour growing team. In this role
you will providetoptier mental health counseling services guiding
clients through their mental health journeys. You will beintegral in
helping clients set and achievetheir mental health goals using your
therapeuticexpertise to deliver compassionate patientcentered care.
Key Responsibilities :
TherapeuticServices : Conduct individual counseling sessions applying
evidencebased therapeutic methods to address a wide rangeof mental
health issues.
Client Assessment : Perform detailed assessments todiagnose mental
health conditions and createpersonalized treatment plans. Accurately
document all findings and treatment plans in ourelectronic health
record (EHR) system.
Treatment Planning : Collaborate with clients to developand adjust
individualized treatment plansensuring continuous progress toward
therapeuticgoals.
Collaboration and Coordination : Partnerwith psychiatrists nurses
social workers andother healthcare providers to ensure a holistic
approach to client care.
PatientEducation : Educate clients and their families aboutmental
health conditions available treatmentsand coping strategies
providing resources tohelp manage their conditions effectively.
Compliance and Documentation : Uphold all counselingpractices to meet
healthcare regulations andethical standards maintaining accurate and
confidential client records.
Professional Development : Engage in ongoing learning tostay updated
with the latest best practices inmental health counseling enhancing
your clinicalskills and knowledge.
Qualifications :
Education : Masters degree in counseling psychology socialwork or a
related field from an accreditedinstitution.
Licensure : Current and valid LCPClicensure in the state of Kansas.
Experience : Atleast 2 years of postlicensure experience in mental
health counseling with experience in working with diversepopulations
and a variety of mental healthconditions.
Skills : Strong therapeutic andassessment skills excellent
communication andinterpersonal abilities and a deep commitment to
patientcentered care.
TechnicalProficiency : Experience with electronic health records(EHR)
systems and other healthcaresoftware.
Personal Attributes : Empatheticdetailoriented and effective in team
environments.
