Job Title : Senior Structured Finance Associate Attorney / Counsel
Job Overview :
A prestigious law firm in Washington, DC, seeks a senior associate / counsel-level attorney to join its leading Structured Finance practice.
The role involves representing issuers and sponsors of residential mortgage and consumer receivable financings, including RMBS, ABS, master repurchase facilities, and warehouse facilities.
Duties :
- Represent clients in structured finance transactions.
- Draft and negotiate transaction documents.
- Provide legal advice on compliance and regulatory matters.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service.
- Maintain client relationships and business development efforts.
Requirements :
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited US law school.
- Strong academic achievement.
- Demonstrated interest in structured finance.
- Ability to waive into the New York or D.C. Bar.
- Prior experience at a peer law firm.
Education :
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Certifications :
Admitted to the New York or D.C. Bar.
