JOB DUTIES
Description
In this role, you will perform routine cleaning, housekeeping and / or general maintenance duties, for the Hematology / Oncology community clinics.
Work individually maintaining assigned work area. Salary range : $19.47 / hr $25.16 / hr

Qualifications
Required :
- Knowledge of custodial safety practices and procedures.
- Knowledge of custodial materials, methods and practices.
- Ability to communicate, interact and work effectively and cooperatively with people from diverse ethnic and educational backgrounds.
Willingness to contribute to cultural diversity for educational enrichment.
- Ability to recognize the importance of safety in the workplace, follow safety rules, practice safe work habits, utilize appropriate safety equipment and report unsafe conditions to the appropriate administrator.
- Ability to mix proper amounts of water / chemical solutions.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions.
- Ability to operate custodial equipment.
- Ability to work without close supervision.
- Ability to train personnel in custodial work.
- Knowledge of department policies and procedures regarding personnel, supply and equipment, and custodial work.
- Knowledge of inventory practices.
- Ability to coordinate and plan for effective use of equipment, supplies and personnel.
- Ability to resolve problems and complaints.
- Knowledge of principles and practices of planning, organizing and general administration.
- Ability to plan and direct custodial operations including determining work priorities.
- Ability to bend, pull, and push as well as carry a minimum of 30 pounds.
