Position Overview :

As a Sales Intern you will work with the Inside Sales team providing world class customer service to Mercury Dealers. You'll gain experience working within a team-oriented environment, supporting sales goals through collaboration with your co-workers and field sales managers, as well as other internal stakeholders. The position includes working directly with dealers on order processing, product inquires, and process and procedure communication. This role is located at our Fond du Lac, WI location and operate in a flexible hybrid workplace environment.

Essential Functions :

• Respond and support customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods
• Use Salesforce.com to document and facilitate multiple aspects of the sales cycle
• Collaborate closely with Business Development Managers and Regional Business Directors as well as cross-functional departments such as credit, supply chain and distribution
• Utilize problem solving skills to make decisions within established policies and procedures.

Working Conditions :

The anticipated pay range for this position is $18.00 - $27.00 per hour. The actual hourly rate offered will vary depending on multiple factors including year in school / credits earned, degree, job-related knowledge / skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location.

At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate's qualifications and the business context.
