Qualifications :
- Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., Doctorate, MA, or MS in Physical Therapy
- Current license and registration as a Physical Therapist
Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
- Create treatment plans based on MD's orders
- Obtain MD orders for evaluations, treatments, and discharges
- Provide comprehensive treatment to patients using various modalities
- Complete all required documentation
Work Settings : Outpatient, rehabilitation center, long term care, inpatient, clinic, nursing home, acute care, hospital
Pay Range : USD $50.00 - USD $53.00 / Hr
