job_description.job_card.job_descriptionActing nutrition expert for the facility via in house Lead and direct nutritional care of residents. Provide MNT to high-risk residents (malnutrition, weight loss, wounds, tube feeding & dialysis). Active member of the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT).
